Mr. Bulent Sobaci brings a rare combination of deep mathematical expertise and genuine passion for teaching. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and his master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Houston.
During his graduate studies, he served as a Teaching Assistant in the Mathematics Department, supporting instruction and mentoring college students. Over the past 12 years, he has taught a wide range of math courses, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus.
For the past three years, Mr. Sobaci has been a faculty member at King Abdullah Academy, where he taught advanced math subjects along with IB Digital Society. His classroom approach blends strong academic rigor with real-world connections, helping students not only master concepts but also understand how math applies to everyday problem-solving and modern technology.
With a background that bridges both education and IT, Mr. Sobaci’s teaching inspires students to see math as more than numbers—it becomes a tool for creativity, logic, and confidence.
